How best to capture Images of objects in motion

Photography is diverse and nothing feels satisfying to the eye than a good image. A picture can capture both what our eyes can and can’t see. Picture yourself observing a cyclist in motion, your eyes are not that powered to clearly see the cyclist when he is in high speed. All you will see is a blurry vision of him. A good camera can help you can get the a clear image of objects in motion.

There are three types of objects in motion:
Blurred subject with Background in Focus.

With this kind of images, the background is clear but the subject of focus is blurred. In order to capture such, all you need to do is use slower shutter speed and there you have it.

Blurred Background with subject in focus.

This type of image has the background looking blurred while the subject in focus is clear. All you need to do to achieve this is use a slow shutter speed as you Pan your camera along the directional path of the subject.

Chrono photography

This involves capturing movement in several frames of print. To achieve this, use contentious shooting feature on your camera to capture a series of shots then join them together during the post processing stage.

Generally to capture a good image of objects in motion you should consider the following.

Shutter speed.

Use a slower shutter speed. This is because it gives the object enough time to move across the frame hence creates a blur which brings the effect of motion. The slower your shutter speed the more blur you get.

A slow shutter speed lets in more light therefore, one may tend to get over bright images. This is why object in motion are easier to photograph at night. You can solve this problem by either closing your aperture more, placing a light blocking filter in front of your lens or adjusting your ISO to a lower number.
Use a tripod.

A tripod will give you stability that you need for a good focus. When taking pan-motion-shots, it will enable you to make a smooth movement on the horizontal axis.

Be alert.

This is very essential especially if you are panning. You need to track the movement of the subject as it approaches so as to be in sync with its motion. Take a few shots seconds before the actual shots as the object approaches.
Choose a good background.

A background with a lot of details is the best as it creates a more marked background blurring effect. The object is subject should be under the same lighting condition as the background.

Make sure the Auto-Focus is off.

The auto-focus automatically bring the image to focus. When it is on, it will be difficult to achieve blurriness and that exactly what we are after.

Practices surely does make perfect. The more you practice the more skills and experience you gain. Once you have mastered it, you can start playing around to get various unique themes.

A Good Mobile Application

With the evolution of telephone and growing usage of the internet, there are certain needs that have arose. At this time, age and error people no longer need to use an computer so that they can browse. Thanks to technology life has been made simple.

The internet has enabled people reach a large global market, build a good relations and communicate easily despite the distance. With the rise of smart phone came the need to not only make your website have a perfect look and feel on a computer but on a smart phone as well. Below a tips on how to come up with a good mobile app.

First and foremost do your research on your intended user. Depending on your target market, find out what will attract them and make them want to buy the application and use it as well. For instance having a game application that targets  male teenagers will really flop if you decide to use a pink flowery background.

Have a design prototype. This simply means putting down on paper how things will flow when someone uses the application. This is very important since it will be easy to explain to your client how the application will work and also reduces chances of you unknowingly altering the design are minimized.

Use familiar Mobile Patterns. This will help you enhance usability. Most people like things that are easy to operate and familiar to use. But don’t trade familiarity for copycat. What will be the essence of having an application that 100% resembles another existing application? Having an improvement of what’s already there is however allowed.

Learnability. When your application is totally new on the market make sure you slot in some set of instructions that the user can go through. Make it as simple as possible with understandable terms. That way it will be easy to learn how to use your application.

Make sure the over all design is appealing to the eye. Not everyone goes for what will help them others prefer things that look good and exciting.

Test your application as often as you can. This way you are able to know what’s working and what’s not. It’s also easy to detect a problem and fix it.

Your application should be flexible. It should be able to work well on all platforms and all screen size. An app that maintains consistency regardless of what you use to open it is ultimately a good app.

Put this tips into considerations when coming up with a mobile application and your outcome will certainly meet your clients expectations and be embraced by your desired market.
